The second round of the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme re-opened on 1st July 2020 with another 10,000 places available.
Please get in touch as soon as possible, if you want to apply for this grant as spots in the scheme will fill up quickly as they did in the first round.

To be eligible, buyers must have saved at least 5% deposit and be earning less than $125,000 or $200,000 for a couple.

The scheme will also help first home buyers save around $10,000 by not having to pay Lenders Mortgage Insurance.
